Yoga for Pregnancy - 14 weeks to 40+ weeks

At any time during your pregnancy, developing a "Yoga for Pregnancy" practice boosts your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Through simple exercises focusing on the breath and your inner wisdom, you will be able to prepare your pelvic hammock to carry baby safely into the world, tone and build up your physical stamina for labor and learn relaxation techniques, whether you are new to Yoga or have an established practice.

I also hold Birth Preparation Workshops especially for your birthing partner and you. Additional tips on home birthing can be found at www.homebirth.org.uk

Select this link to email your booking. Courses are £110 and run for 10-weeks. If you are 30 weeks pregnant or more when you start, pay up to 38 weeks of pregnancy and then per class, or just put any remainder classes towards Mother & Baby Yoga.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothes for your Yoga class. Yoga mats & blankets are provided, but sometimes we run out!
