Postnatal YOGa - 6+ Months

Postnatal Yoga is a nurturing, safe way for mothers to come back into their body before moving on to other types of yoga classes or regular physical activities. The classes focus on synchronised movements with the breath to reconnect with your body. You will restore strength to your supporting muscles in the pelvis, stomach and spine.

It is recommended you begin no earlier than 6 weeks after your birth to baby. However, if you feel ready to join us please do so. If you have given birth by caesarean, the scar must be healed. We will include Babies, but the focus will be on you.
