Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 13:15 - 14:45
Yin Yoga 15:45 - 17:15
There are many types of yoga practices that support our desire to energise, strengthen and bring clarity to our being. The important things to remember are to take time with your practice and that wherever you are is the best place to be. The types of Yoga I teach are listed below.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a continuous moving Yoga practice, awakening the muscles and organs to cleansing, strengthening and balancing.
In a Vinyasa or Dynamic Yoga class, you will always begin with a moving sequence of postures followed with an exploration of specific sitting postures.
Yin Yoga draws you deeper into observance of the emotional, energetic and emotional space that you inhabit during a physical practice in which postures are held for 3 - 5 minutes.
Yoga for Pregnancy is a boon for all mums-to-be. From this practice, you and your Baby/ies develop greater awareness of each other through breath, movement and inner connection. These connections continue to build during Baby Yoga. Postnatal Yoga is focused on rebuilding your own energetic and physical bodies.
